SAGE 3 PROFILE_LOAD_FAILED Error Message

Good day, 

We have recently upgraded to a new patch level, and we have a single user is experiencing this error. We are using Google Chrome, and when I login using their profile, the error cannot be replicated. 

Any thoughts as to what this error could be?

    Hi Andrew, 

    Thanks for the speedy feedback and insights. 
    We have cleared the google chrome browser Cache, and reattempted, the error persists. 
    So it is something with the users google chrome browser, any other suggestions for Google Chrome, as this is the users default internet browser? 

    We have also tested on a different browser, MS Edge, the issue seems to be resolved.
