Purchase invoice "paid by" cash- How to add owners withdrawls to "paid from" drop down menu?

I used to have this set up but can't remember how it's done.

When I choose purchase invoice and select paid by cash, then when I go to the paid from drop down menu I want to have the option of selecting owners withdrawls or contributions. 

How do I add this to my standard paid from drop down menu?

This was a neat way of avoiding using the general journal entry method. 

Note: I am running old software 2008

    Make sure the Account class of the accounts are set to either Credit Card Payable or Bank (Chart of Accounts Ledger), then use the Credit Card setup for Credit Cards Used to make it show as part of the Paid By drop down (Setup, Settings, Company, Credit Cards, Used - you don't need an Expense Account set).
