program stops responding after printing T4's

SOLVED

I am currently processing the T4's for all my client.   However, every time I process the printing of the T4's and summary, the program stops responding and I have to shut it down and start it up again. I am using accountant version 2016.2.   Anyone else encountering this?   It's happening for each client so it doesn't appear to be related to an individual file

    It's not the electronic filing part that causes Simply to stop, it's when I print the T4's and summary. I go through the same process as you did above. It does print T4's & summary to a PDF file but it's as soon as it finishes printing that it freezes. It doesn't prevent me from doing the print and filing...but having to always restart the program is very annoying.
