I had something similar with a client the other day. Apparently, Microsoft is updating the Amyuni driver to a version that isn't compatible with Sage. These are the notes from my case. Thank you.  I was able to make out enough to know we had already tried those steps and they have not worked.  My IT Tech is placing a call to Tech Support this morning.  We are not getting the Lockfile error.  It comes up as if we are doing a save as on the file.  It's strange because it has been selective as to users.  Not all have been affected. 

Have you tried the following?

• Select “Printer Properties”
• Navigate to the ports tab.
• Click “Add Port” and create a new local port called “Sage”
• Click “Apply”
