Unable to print to Paperless Office after update

SOLVED

I just ran the lasted release for Sage 100cloud Standard 2019 and my Paperless Office has stopped working.  It wants me to provide Output File Name. I have tried deleting the Sage PDF Convertor and the Amyuni drivers and reloaded the Convertor.  I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the workstation setup with no success.  Any help or advice would be appreciated.

    I had something similar with a client the other day. Apparently, Microsoft is updating the Amyuni driver to a version that isn't compatible with Sage. These are the notes from my case. I believe there is an update to a kb, but it hasn't been published! This may be too fuzzy to read. Let me know and I'll re-do.

    Thank you.  I was able to make out enough to know we had already tried those steps and they have not worked.  My IT Tech is placing a call to Tech Support this morning.  We are not getting the Lockfile error.  It comes up as if we are doing a save as on the file.  It's strange because it has been selective as to users.  Not all have been affected.
