We just upgraded to 18x from 17.
Now in Job cost, when setting up a job, we are getting this error. I have a state tax in payroll for "IA", but it's not finding any state taxes to prefill the drop down with.
Any suggestions?

We had a support call into Sage on 1/2/20. Their temporary fix was to revert back to the old JC setup which Garrett with Sage, did do for us. He changed the registry in the software so the job cost set up will look like the old JC master file on that one workstation. Garrett put in an escalated ticket to the Job Cost lead Denise. They don't know why it won't pull the table and they don't have a solution for it yet.
Thank you Rayann Orr
Do you happen to know what registry entry he changed? Do you have a support ticket number that they can reference when I call in so I'm not starting from scratch with them.
Here is the case # 8007904970
Thank you. I'm currently #2 in chat queue.
I just called today about this issue. The knowledge base article ID number is 70613. Type that number into knowledgebase and it is the first article "Revenue accounts are unavailable or missing..."
I also did the chat and they didn't resolve. They told me call to tech support.
We aren't having problems with revenue accounts, it won't pull wc information out of payroll or the state for using the correct state withholding.

and just another example of why EOY FORCED
SOFTWARE updates are a terrible idea. Get updates out mid year and only worry about tax updates at the end of the year.
I might all be related. Let me know what you find out. They said to use the Legacy version of the job setup and they will have a fix/patch on the next upgrade.
