Timeslips User kicked out

A new user was added. The drop down list kicked out another user. How would I add/ edit the list for licensed Users?

Sounds like your user is not trying to access the correct database. The dropdown list is the list of Timekeepers in that database. The licensing is an entirely separate issue that happens When the computer logs into Timeslips and is governed by the computer's name + the logged in user. There is no drop down for licensing, it is automatic. 
 So, if you are not seeing the correct list of current timekeepers when the user tries to login to the database, I would check in the lower left corner to make sure you are trying to access the correct database first.
