email content format

Hello,

Anyone having idea on email content format using workflow rule. We can able to format the text like below screen shot using "ASYRMAIL.ASEND_MAIL" .

But we can not send approval URL links to email from above function .

Is that possible from X3 to format the email content like below screen shot?

I have used html tags to achieve  but it is also having same issue as above we can't link the approval url's in email.

    Thanks for the prompt response.

    its Version 9 .

    yes in X3 we can't do HTML tags by using workflow. We did it from coding in x3 and used workflow.

    Anyway i got the solution now .

    "URL links also managed with html " and sending mails from x3.
