Error in attachment file

Hi,

when i attach i file in each screen, for example Article, i retrieve the following error "Copy not performed" ....

I have notice that the file is uploaded in the "tmp" directory of the server, but when i click on "OK" for confirm retrieve the errore.

we have 9.0.6 update of SAGE.

can anyone help me please?

Hi,

Do you have any special characters in the file name ( example: #, &,% or $)?

No, file name is for example "name.pdf"
