Delivery packaging

SOLVED

Hello Neighbors,

I’m trying to understand and clarify the delivery packing by line function.

My customer’s product # 1902418 is lot managed, stocked in Units, sold in Cases of 24 units and shipped on Pallets of 100 cases (1440 units).

I’ve created my delivery from a 140 cases order:

Now by selecting PACKING, I create my POS : Packing by line. In theory, I’m expecting Sage to generate two lines for product 1902418; one line for a pallet of 100 cases and a second line for a pallet of 40 boxes. However, Sage generate only one line for a QTY. Proc. of 140 cases on a single pallet. If I tab trough the line, Sage generates the sequence number for that one pallet but, there is no lot selected or mentionned.

And so, here’s my question. Do I have to breakdown my line QTY. PROC. by pallet size? Isn’t Sage supposed to do that breakdown based on the information populated in my product record?

As always, thanks a million for your help
