I'm trying to create a workflow when a purchase order that is received, and to display a list of all the products that meet the conditions in the email text. I now got it to the point where I get an email per product, but I can't see to get the grouping correct.
This is painful to setup. I wish the documentation provided by Sage was more detailed on how to use the more complex features. However, I did accomplish this. You have to use a data model so you can say it's a line workflow, and then you need to tell the workflow how to regroup the lines. In my example I am grouping the lines by BP. You would want to group by POHNUM.
then whatever you type on the "line" and then you drop in |LIG| in the message to actually drop in the details of the lines
