X3 Version 12 Patch 20 upgradation issue

Hi all, 
 I am doing up-gradation of X3 Version 12 Patch 19 to Patch 20. But while uploading a patch file, we are getting below error message "This file doesn't contain a valid update" and we are stuck with up-gradation process. Please any help on this will be highly appreciated.

Hi, 
 what exactly are you trying to upload? Please be informed that you have to upload the zip file with the patches, e.g.: x3-patch-12-0-20.zip If that doesn't work, just download it again, Maybe it is damaged. 
 I tried so far to upload the Patch 20 file and it works without your error.

Hello, We have solved our problem. 
 We had to delete the batch server via MongoDB in the batchserver collection (with robomongo) then re-register the X3 solution to recreate the batch server. After that, we reconfigured and started the batch server then started the update.
