In purchasing workflow the user receives email to approve or reject.
When they click the link in the email they are getting the Machine inaccessible error.

Hello Percy, Possibly you are receiving a local address and it is not solved through the internet.
In this case, you can set your external IP ou DNS address (Http://...) to the general parameter value:
Chapter SUP > Group WRK > Parameter AWRKSYRA
