Hello, the TIMOUT error you are seeing can have many causes like; processing high volume of journals at one time, not enough server resources to process all batch tasks, time management restrictions, or total number of batch tasks running. I would suggest discussing with your business partner or opening a ticket with your local sage support group.

I noticed a fresh X3 v11 is all 0 so I did not make any changes since it would need testing and fine-tuning to account for a very specific use-case.
