Sage X3 v11p20 ACCBATCH1 crash randomly

SOLVED

Hi,

Sage X3 v11p20

Batch Server is running normally.

Accounting Task keeps crashing at random period.

ACCBATCH1 (Accounting Task) crashes with following details:

Checking the serveur.tra (Batch Server's log shows this):

```
TIMOUT: Process does not exist (10160/10160) (30000)
Query interrupted (reason unknown) (PRODUCTION ACCBATCH1 P BATCHCPT) (30000)
```

According to KB, recommended to recreate the Batch Server but it's for prior to Sage X3 v11.

    Hello, the TIMOUT error you are seeing can have many causes like; processing high volume of journals at one time, not enough server resources to process all batch tasks, time management restrictions, or total number of batch tasks running. I would suggest discussing with your business partner or opening a ticket with your local sage support group.
