Stock allocated to closed sales order

Hello,

Looks like we have an item of quantity 10 PK that is allocated to a closed order line (Fully shipped & invoiced). I caught it on my count this morning. The quantity cannot be adjusted out because it is allocated, but I cannot remove the allocation because the sales order is closed. I have tried Stock Resynchronization, which did not pass any information. Also, in the context of the sales order, 1 CS = 10 PK

    Thanks for your response! To be honest, I am asking here because our Sage provider told or suggested to us that it was not possible, and have made no attempt to fix it since the first report of this issue almost a year ago haha. I am running the process in simulation mode, but it's still thinking after 2 hours of processing... How long do you think it'll take for 3 years of records?
