Reopening bank reconciliation

I accidentally closed a bank reconciliation prematurely and the Reopen link under Functions s grayed out. Is there a way to make this link active and reopen the reconciliation? I am using Sage X3 v12.

    Hi Amanda,

    See Sage Knowledgebase article How to re-open closed bank reconciliations (99607):

    1. Go to Setup, General Parameters, Parameter values
    2. Select TRS, Folder, then your current working folder function
    3. Go to AUZ, click action button and click Detail
    4. Select REOPENREC
    5. Click on magnify glass and change to YES
    6. Click OK
    7. Click Save
    8. Now go back into Bank Statement and the Function - Re-Open is now available.
