Application error in sage x3 customer return

Hello dear, 
 I'm trying to make a customer return in order to do the sales order again and the below error appeared. 
 what is this error?

Hi, 
 It appears the activity code needs to be increased. Use caution when working with the below product functionality. Always create a backup of your data before proceeding with advanced solutions. 
 
 Open Development, Data and Parameters, Development Setup, Activity Codes 
 Select Activity code ENW 
 Increase the screen dimension in increments of 100 
 Click Save 
 Perform a Dictionary Validation of the Activity Code.
