For a PO Approval, Let say there are 5 Levels and user at level 2 and 3 is the same.
Is it possible to auto approve at level 3 otherwise the user will have to approve the PO twice.
The issue is there are a few thousand rules and one person leaves and the replacement has not been hired yet, so the same user is assigned to 2 level.

This is a very frequent request, and Sage should add it to its default configuration.
To do this, add a SIGWRK action for POHSIG and POHSIGVAL workflow rules :
This Execution condition (GUSER = [L]USER([L]LEVSIG+1)) means "if the user is signing is the same at the next level of approval" then sign again.
You have to add this action on POHSIGVAL and also on POHSIG if the first approval user is the same at the next level of approval.
