I don't see standard option to detect when you close WO in Worflow options.

One option is using Entry points.

In FUNMFGS last entry point of close WO is GPOINT = "CUSTRTSUP" .

You can create entry point, to call Worflow with 4gl.

This method confirm that you execute workflow when WO are closed.
