uninstalling Sage x3 V12 and installing V11 on the same server

SUGGESTED

We are removing V12 from the server and installing V11 on the same server.

The procedure we followed to remove V12 is listed below:

1. Unpublishing and unconfiguring the web services and print servers when they are not set up on the specified system.

2. We modified the solution script to place the SQL in an idle state.

3. We proceeded with the un-configuration process on the console to unconfigure the runtime and application server.

4. However, because the database is in an idle state, it is displaying an error message indicating that it is not configured.

5. We verified that the console displayed no solution following the aforementioned step.

6. Then, we continued to uninstall the X3 components in reverse order.

7. During this process, we encountered the print server uninstallation error.

8. To fix this, we added the default server to the console once more and worked through its settings before attempting to uninstall the print server, which was successful.

9. Ultimately, all of the components were successfully removed from the same server using the uninstaller.

10. After uninstalling the software, we examined the services that were uninstalled from the server.

11. We next looked for X3 components in the control panel, but none were identified.

Setting up version 11 on same server

1. Since Apache and JDK were already installed on the system, we did not install them.

2. Verify that the power user configuration was previously completed.

3. Installed every component in the correct order.

4.

I received the following error when installing the print server: this component already exists on the host.

5. Thus, omit that step and finish installing all of the x3 components.

6. Proceeding forward, a new console solution was designed.

7. Add or input each necessary piece of information into the terminal.

8. The database is successfully configured.

9. Clicked on Configure Application.

I see the problem below on the console

Any input on this will be highly appreciated.
