Setting up notifications for stocks/ consumables limit

Hi there

I am reaching out for some ideas if its possible to setup notifications in X3 for system to notify when stock of some products/ consumables eg fuel etc have reached a certain (minimum) level we have set. And if its something I can do within Sage itself or I will need and external component/ addin etc.

    Hi  

    I can recommending using the reordering point feature. Once you set the reordering point on the product-site & when you ran the reordering calculation (FUNSTKB), the system will trigger suggestions (ORDERS table)

    The calculation is pretty smart as it will take into account the stock, the allocation & the incoming stock.

    Then you can batch the function as a recurring task and set a notification rule if you wish. 
    The usual function used to view and process the suggestion is FUNGBENCHA.
