I have been trying to find a link, email, webpage...something...that will allow me to submit an issue to Sage for consideration of fixing.  I asked the Chat rep if my issue could be submitting, but he told me I had to do it myself through the Help menu, but his instructions don't even correspond to the Help menu selections.  I've tried submitting a New Case through the portal, but the screen does not allow me to type anything in it, it's just grey and gives me nothing.  I've tried every Sage webpage that I can think of, but nowhere can you submit an issue.  I hope someone at Sage reads these because our company is getting extremely frustrated with the lack of actual support of this program!  Can someone help me please?????
