We have two accounts that we work with in Sage. I can access one account; however, when I try to access the other account I suddenly get the following message:

We use Sage 50 Accounting Pro. It worked well on Friday and then it did not work yesterday. I have tried rebooting my system, that didn't help. I am wondering if I have to restore that account to Friday?

Any suggestions would be really appreciated.

    In order for Sage 50 to open an account it is necessary to click on a .SAI file which will then look for the .SAJ folder of the same name and in the same directory location. This folder has many files in it and all are necessary. The error would indicate a file is missing from the active path.

    If you use the built in Back Up feature in Sage 50 and have a Back Up from Friday, then a restore would probably get you working again quickly. When restoring I would use a different file name for the restored file just to be sure you have the files all in the same location together.
