Are there issues again with Sage Cloud?

None of us can log on and it's the exact same thing that happened to us last Friday.

Also, change your recording. I keep calling you and you won't connect me to anyone and you say to call back during normal business hours which I call well within the times you state.

This is such bad service.

Hi Brooke.Carrara,

Apologies for the difficulty getting through on the phones.

We are investigating an issue with the Remote Data Access service connecting via Sage 50 in the North American region. Customers who are receiving error messages whilst trying to connect are requested to refrain from logging in until further notice. Customers who have logged in without issue, will remain unaffected.
