Hello.

I am running Sage 50 Pro Accounting 2013 and I haven't opened it since before Christmas.  I tried to open tonight, but it tells me that the "key file not found" and that "the program was unable to read the registration information" and "please ensure that no other instances of the program are running".  And then the final message says "this product is not properly installed; one of the program files is missing; reinstall the program, following the instructions in the manual".  Please advise as to what I need to do.
