I assume you are referring to the picking list on the supplier receipt function, if the left list display nothing I assume a filter criteria has change. They are:

• Stock site : did you change the receipt site during the night?
• Supplier
• On approved PO only: did you updated the PO during the night that could have re-trigger the approval process?

Else, it can hurt to revalide the object PTH and related entry transactions.

Interesting test would be to enter manually the order number in the receipt line and see if any control message pops-up!

Thank you for your reply. Nothing changed overnight that I am aware of. We have four different sites and the order selection list doesn't show up for any of them. This happened once before and after a day or two it just miraculously started working again. I think validating the objects and the entry transactions might be a good idea. The server was also restarted and it didn't help.

It works when we select the PO and the PO line from the magnifying glass.

Because it is working when selection the PO and line with the magnifying glass, we can assume this is a bug display.
Did you revalidated the entry transaction as well?

I did validate the entry transactions.

The display of content in the left list for the PO selection left list is determined by two factors, access control to the site indicated on the header screen ([M:PTH0]PRHFCY) and the value in the left list filter variable FILGAUSUP. Most likely this has to do with an access control issue, given that direct access control is applied to the left list, but not the lookup of a PO directly within the grid (** that access restriction is only applied later). Verify the user access rights to the site specified on the header screen. Following that consider running an "Access code update" for their "Functional profile" using the "Cancel and replace" option.

Thanks for the response! The issue has been resolved. There was an invoice that was imported via DocLink that did not have a receipt number. One that was resolved everything was right in the world again.
